Description SEB 1000 is a compact, automatic pump to support the washing steps of flexible endoscopes. This device automates all reprocessing steps from leak testing, cleansing and washing of the endoscope, which are still performed manually by the operator. It is recommended not to use the device for purposes other than the one indicated. Use is restricted to trained personnel. Operation At the end of the endoscopic examination, after all predetection operations in the endoscopic room have been performed, the operator transfers the endoscope to the washing room. In the washing room, leak test and manual washing of the endoscope are carried out before the process in automatic endoscope washer. The SEB 1000 pump enables automatic and safe leak testing and irrigation of internal endoscope channels. Through internal irrigation of the canals, it is also possible to check their actual patency. The pump can also automatically dose detergent. A convenient 7" color touch screen and sound signals guide the operator through the various steps. Safety and Traceability The SEB 1000 pump is equipped with three factory-preset flushing cycles, a cycle to be customized according to flushing needs, and a leak test cycle. All cycles can be customized according to operators' needs; customizations require an access password. There are three levels of authentication. Up to 100 operators and 200 endoscopic instruments can be registered inside. Operators and instruments can be called up via touch screen or bar code reader. The reports will contain:
